Subprocessors
Cooby uses third-party subprocessors to provide our services. We impose contractual obligations to ensure that personal data processing meets the standards required by applicable data protection laws.
How your data is processed
CRM sync and storage
Cooby uses AWS to synchronize CRM data and store media files. When you connect your HubSpot or Salesforce account, data is synchronized through Cooby’s infrastructure.
Optional AI translation
Live Translate uses Anthropic Claude through Amazon Bedrock to translate WhatsApp messages. It is off by default and each member can enable it individually.
